Processing Time

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day
  • After-Hours Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on Fridays, or on weekends are processed the next business day
  • Carrier Schedule: Shipping carriers only pick up shipments Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Your order will ship within 1–2 business days, and then transit time begins.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
  • We ship to all 50 US states
  • We ship to US territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses accepted
International Shipping
  • Botanex ships to select international destinations
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country
  • Customer is responsible for all customs charges and import fees

Restricted Locations: We are unable to ship to certain international locations due to regulatory restrictions. Contact us if you're unsure whether we ship to your country.


Shipping Costs

Free Shipping Thresholds:
  • Domestic Orders (US): FREE standard shipping on orders $50+
  • Under $50: Flat rate of $5.95 for standard shipping
International Shipping:
  • Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
  • Rates typically range from $12.95 to $29.95 depending on location
Expedited Shipping Options:

Available for domestic US orders:

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95
  • Priority Shipping (3-5 business days): $8.95

Note: Expedited shipping options are not available for PO Boxes or international destinations.


Estimated Transit Times

Transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States):
  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
US Territories:
  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • May experience additional delays due to the location

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10–15 business days
  • Express International: 5–8 business days (select countries only)

Peak Season Considerations:

  • Holiday Season (November–December): Add 2–4 business days to standard estimates
  • Major Sales Events: May experience slight processing delays during high-volume periods
  • Weather/Natural Events: Severe weather may cause carrier delays beyond our control

Important: Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs clearance (international orders)
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote or rural delivery locations
  • Holiday periods

Order Tracking

Tracking Information:
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
  • Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of shipment
  • Track your package anytime using our "Track Your Order" page

Tracking Issues:

  • If tracking hasn't updated in 3+ days, contact us at support@mybotanex.com
  • Some rural areas may not receive tracking scans until delivery
  • International packages may have limited tracking until they reach your country

Lost or Missing Packages

Package Confirmed Lost in Transit:

  • If tracking shows your package is lost or hasn't moved in 7+ days beyond the estimated delivery date
  • Botanex will issue a full refund or resend your order free of charge (your choice)
  • We'll work with the carrier to file a claim on your behalf

Package Marked "Delivered" But Not Received:

  • First, check with neighbors, household members, or building management
  • Check all possible delivery locations (front door, back door, mailroom, etc.)
  • Wait 24 hours as some carriers mark packages delivered before actual delivery
  • If still missing after 24 hours, contact us immediately

Please Note:

  • Botanex is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier (e.g., stolen from the porch, taken by neighbors)
  • We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature if available in your area
  • Consider adding Shipping Protection at checkout for coverage against theft and loss

Incorrect Address Entered by Customer:

  • Botanex is not liable for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Always verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout
  • Address correction fees may apply if changes are requested after shipment

Address Changes

Before Shipment:

  • Contact support@mybotanex.com within 24 hours of placing your order
  • Include your order number and the corrected address
  • We'll update the address if the order hasn't been processed yet

After Shipment:

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, the destination cannot be modified
  • You may contact the carrier directly to request address changes (fees may apply)
  • Botanex cannot guarantee the carrier will honor address change requests

Best Practice: Double-check your shipping address during checkout to avoid issues.


Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window:
  • Cancellations are accepted before an order has been processed
  • Contact us immediately at support@mybotanex.com with your order number
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business hours during business days
After Processing:
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not possible
  • You must wait for delivery and then follow our Refund Policy to return the item
  • Return shipping costs will apply for change-of-mind cancellations

Tip: Cancel as quickly as possible after ordering for the best chance of catching the order before processing.


Shipping Restrictions

Products We Cannot Ship:
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on state or local laws
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for certain perishable or time-sensitive items
  • Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to customs regulations
Age Verification:

International Shipping Details

  • Botanex has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be
  • Customs may delay your package for inspection
Customs Forms:
  • All international shipments include properly completed customs forms
  • Items are declared at their actual value
  • We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue products to avoid customs fees
Delivery Issues:
  • Some countries may have postal delays or service disruptions
  • Remote locations may experience extended delivery times
  • If your package is held by customs, you'll need to contact your local customs office

We ship year-round, but please note:

Holiday Closures:
  • We do not process or ship orders on US federal holidays
  • Carrier services are also limited or unavailable during major holidays
Holiday Season (November–January):
  • Orders placed during peak holiday season may experience slight delays
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date
  • Expedited shipping is recommended for time-sensitive gifts

Shipping Protection

  • Available at checkout for a small fee (typically $1.95–$2.95)

  • Instant resolution for covered issues—no waiting for carrier investigations
Coverage Includes:
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes? A: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes for most products. Some carriers and products may have restrictions.

Q: My tracking hasn't updated in days. What should I do? A: Wait until the estimated delivery date has passed, then contact us if the package still hasn't arrived.

Q: Can I pick up my order locally? A: We currently do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped.
